The study attempted to determine the professionalism of college mentors in state universities in CALABARZON. It specifically covered the college mentors' profile considering their gender, age, civil status, educational attainment, specialization, status of appointment, rank, length of teaching experience and number and type of semianrs/trainings attended. The study also looked into the evidence of professionalism in the workplace with reference to teachers' role orientation, interpersonal skills, professional conduct, commitment and leadership activities. A comparison of responses of the college mentors when grouped according to their demographic characteristics was also done. At the end of the study, a capability building program was proposed.
