Batangas State University in collaboration with Investment Enabling Environment (INVEST) and the City Government of Batangas, had conducted a project, assisted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This project is conducted to address the issues of the costs and time involved in the process parallel to the compliance of administrative reform of streamlining business permits and licensing system. This is to further analyze the idle times incurred during the process.
