This empirical investigation focuses on studying and describing the leadership styles od Deans of the Colleges of University of Batangas as basis for developing a leadership enhancement program. Results showed that the most commonly employed leadership style by the Deans of the Colleges of University of Batangas is the democratic or participative style.
