This study attempted to develop a program or system capable of not only generating questions based on subject, topic and level of difficulty and discrimination with corresponding answer key, but also storing and retrieving exam files. The developed application proved to be reliable to work on 10 workstations on the Windows XP platform. It can also work well on more than ten workstations with Windows Server operating system. Visual Basic was used for the application programming interface of the system and the MS Access for the database manipulation. Based on the result of the evaluation, the developed system was rated Very Good with the mean rating of 4.50 in terms of functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability. Thus, the system can be used by authorized users to provide quality performance.
