hes study aimed to determine the factors contributing to a health risk of call center agents during graveyard shift at Integrity Net in Batangas City. The descriptive method of research was used with a self-structured and validated questionnaire as the data gathering tool. The respondents of the study were 39 call center agents at Integrity Net in Batangas City. Chi-square were utilized as the statistical tool. Call center agents determined contributing factors such as drinking too much coffee during break time, insufficient time to communicate with friends and family outside due to short period of time for break and number of nights per week as a call center agent. On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between demographic profile of the respondents in terms of gender, number of years working and factors contributing to health risks of call center agents during graveyard shift.
