This study focused on sexual health among MSM used a descriptive method of research and a self structured questionnaire. It involved 46 males in Batangas City who engaged in sexual relationship with the same sex. Data gathered from the administered questionnaire were analysed and interpreted through statistical procedures namely percentage, weighted mean and chi square. Findings revealed that majority of the respondents were 19-25 years old and were highschool undergraduate. The study also revealed that there are significant relationships between age and educational attainment and level of awareness of MSM regarding their sexual health. The respondents engaging in sexual activities had more than one sexual partner, used different sexual positions, used condoms and had sexual intercourse more than twice a week. Most of them are slightly aware about the sexually transmitted infections namely gonorrhoea, syphilis, genital herpes, genital warts, hepatitis and pubic lice. An IEC material was in a pamphlet form was developed and produced to help the MSM community in increasing their level of awareness about sexual health and sexually transmitted infections.
