The purpose of the study is to assess the dietary intake of fitness trainees. The researchers aim to know the conditions of the fitness trainees in the aspects of proper nutrition, weight-loss and weight-gain management. The research design used in the study was a descriptive method with a self-structure questionnaire as the main instrument in data gathering based on the result of the interview and survey of their 3 days food record. After analysis and interpretation of gathered data, the researchers came up with the following findings. A proposed weight management program is recommended to be physically fit and achieve wellness in a right way. Therefore the researchers believe that a well-rounded fitness program which features balanced diet accompanied with exercise and healthy lifestyle can help attain a desired body weight even without the use of those extraordinary drugs.
