This study was conducted to determine the relationship between college activities and work engagement of BS Accountancy Graduates of Batangas State University. To meet the purpose, the researchers used a descriptive research method. The respondents of the study were 102 BSA graduates of Batangas State University (BatStateU) – Main Campus I from April 2013 to April 2015. Such number of respondents was determined to be the sample size from a total of 149 respondents using Slovin’s Formula and stratified random sampling to determine the distribution of respondents in consideration of the year they graduated. Survey questionnaire served as the main data gathering instrument of the study which was adapted from to standardized questionnaires – College Students Experiences Questionnaire (CSEQ) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Most of the survey questionnaires were electronically distributed via social media. Specific objectives of the study include determination of demographic profile of the respondents, their college activities and work engagement, and significant differences on the respondents’ college activities when they are grouped according to their profile to finally determine the relationship between their college activities experienced as BSA students and work engagement felt on their first job position as fresh graduates. Data gathered for such objectives were analyzed using relative frequency percentage, weighted mean, t-test, analysis of variance, and Chi-square. Among the 102 respondents, mostly are female, CPA-board passers, graduated last 2014, and landed in rank and file position in private accounting. Among the college activities included in the study, respondents often experienced activities on computer and information technology, course learning, writing experiences, and personal experiences. Specific activities under these were: using computer to prepare reports; working on class assignment with other students; thinking about grammar while writing; and telling a friend or family member the reason for reacting to another person. As to the respondent’s work engagement, mostly were engaged at work at an average level. Sex, eligibility, and year graduated produced significant difference to certain college activities including course learning, experiences with faculty, art, music, theater, campus facilities, and personal experiences. At the end, it was determined that experiences with faculty have significant relationship with work engagement
