This study entitled the Front Office Competencies of International Hospitality Management students of Batangas State University. Aimed to the researchers acquired the demographical profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, civil status, family income and general weighted average together with their assessment towards their competencies acquired in Front Office Procedures in terms of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes. Furthermore, they also tested if there lays a significant difference in profiles of the respondents regarding to their assessment. Descriptive research design was used in the study. Through the use of the survey questionnaire, the chosen respondents were asked to answer questions related to the objectives of the study. A total of 120 International Hospitality Management fourth year students were chosen to be the respondents of the study. Statistical treatment such as percentage, weighted mean, independent T-test and one way analysis of variance. The researchers arrived with questionnaire which was validated by the adviser and the numbers of panel. It could be noted that the number of females with 73% of the population are dominant on males with only 27%. The age o19-21 years old got the highest frequency of 97 which is equivalent to 81% and 28 years old and above got the least respondents which only explained that these ages are too old for a fourth year student. Most respondents have the monthly family income of 10,000 and below monthly and 30, 000 and above monthly which is equivalent to 22% each. As conducted by the researchers, the learning activities on front office operations in Batangas State University have enough facilities and equipment to train and teach the students to be a professional front desk clerk. Another, it is also concluded that other learning activities on front office operations had qualified to the standards to produce an outstanding front office staff. A proposed learning activity is designed to develop the competencies of the International Hospitality Management students on Front Office Procedures immersion and familiarization on the front office of an actual hotel.
