This study entitled “Effect of Binukalan Shrine on the Tourism Industry of Alitagtag Batangas. The researchers used descriptive method to present the status of the study. It aimed to know the effect of Binukalan Shrine on the tourism industry in terms of environmental, economic, and socio-cultural. The respondents of the study comprise of 266 aging 18 years old and above. The questionnaire was distributed among 20 residents of Alitagtag Batangas as part of the dry run and obtained the reliability test percentage and obtained their interpretation of valid. For the actual distribution of the questionnaire, it was distributed among the people of the community and the local government. The researchers used different statistical method to interpret the responses gained from the items printed on the questionnaire. Statistical methods were used to get the percentage and independent sample test, and one-way analysis of variance to interpret the data. Relative frequency or Percentage was used to determine the statistics of the respondents according to profile. Mean was used to analyze the answers of the respondents on the questionnaires which were then verbally interpreted using the Likert Scale. Independent Sample T-Test and One Way Analysis of Variance was used to determine the difference on the assessment of the respondents when grouped according to profile. The researchers found out that majority of the respondents are at the age of bracket 18-29 years old, male, singleand college graduate. The study revealed, according to the assessment of the respondents, that the Binukalan Shrine has a positive effect on the environment and socio-cultural variables and negative effect on the economic variable. Lastly, it was shown that there was nosignificant differences on the effect of Binukalan Shrine on the Tourism Industry of Alitagtag Batangas when grouped into profile variables. The proposed strategies plan may be utilized to improve Binukalan Shrine and should be conducted to maintain its exceptionality of religious tourism and to develop a convenient form of Binukalan Shrine on the tourism industry of Alitagtag Batangas.
