This study aimed to determine the effect of Flock Program in management of large class size in mathematics. The performance of the students subjected to the program during the pilot testing was significantly higher than those in the controlled class. There was a significant increase in the post-test of 47.51% while there was no significant difference in the mean percentage scores per section. The students engaged themselves in learning Mathematics “very often” in terms of behavioral, cognitive and emotional aspects. Overall, the students rated the program as “good” in terms of improving their academic performance and behavior.
