Over the past several decades, mixed-use development has taken center stage in the urban planning and real estate development worlds. Whether it is the Congress for the New Urbanism, Smart Growth, the Compact City, or any other movement relating to the improvement of the built environment, mixing land uses is a ubiquitous component of the underlying visions and ideals. A residential condominium is a multi-unit housing space where units are individually owned and common spaces are owned jointly. Occupants are generally owners, although owners may sometimes be allowed to rent units to other residents by private arrangement. Accordingly, this proposal project is entitled “A Proposed Residential Condominium Complex in General Trias City, Cavite”. It proposes to provide good comfort and safety for those who are living inside this propose Condominium. It will bring the guests more comfort ability to have their business stuff. This proposes project built in the Maple Grove in General Trias City, Cavite. Maple Grove has residential, commercial, office and institutional. It also aims to contribute to the intense increase the relaxation and concentration of the guests at that project.
