It is a natural entry point to the Asia Pacific Region, with only 3 ½ hours flying time away from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea and other key points in Asia. With a highly improved road network and increasing flights at CIAC, Clark is setting out to become the hub for business, aviation and tourism in the Philippines. Having these increasing numbers of tourist arrivals in place the project will help accommodating the tourists and locals. With the information and analysis within the site location, providing this proposed hotel resort and casino, new interesting features, experience that will outstand and increase the market and design. Landscape, space programming, spatial organization and site development also increases its complexity. The certain considerations was put into plan regarding its tourist demographics, site, market strategy, feasibility regarding the modern innovations and building constructions and materials, provisions and standards and requirements, and local ordinances and national ordinances will be also part of the design considerations. The design of the proposed project will circulate through the main attraction as this makes the project more appealing to the users. International standards and hospitality will also be applied to the said project.
