The Paraiso Intemporal Condotel Resort is one of the candidates that will soon be built in Barangay Sta. Lourdes. By carrying out the Traditional Tropical Architecture design, it is expected to meet the needs of residents of foreign and domestic the comfortable dwelling. Puerto Princesa City is a tourist spot city in the country. It needs a higher level of living. Its number of population is unstoppable increasing yearly with 10% of its current number and the allocation of its land for building a home had been primarily used for hotel and subdivision development. In that case the proponent switches that development from Condotel into vertical expansion, because it requires only enough area for development but it can give not only twice but thrice the number of units. Condotel development is the form of housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate is individually owned while use of and access to common facilities in the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior areas is executed under legal rights associated with the individual ownership and controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece. The innovative design of a condotel in terms of its site development plan, and its utilities will strategically strengthen the projects feasibility and stability. The iconic figure of its project was based on Palawan primary identity (Batak Architecture).
