People who experience stress and pressure in life look for a place where they can set aside the real world and enjoy the gift of life. However, occupants of built environments do not want to simply work, eat, or sleep in a functional building. They want to be inspired, invigorated, comforted, and reassured by their surroundings. They want spaces where they can feel more comfortable; they want a place that has always been essential for human comfort —providing the ambiance like a real home, and stimulate, energize, and revitalize the human spirit to achieve satisfaction. Residential condominiums are frequently constructed as apartment buildings. Unlike apartments, which are leased by their tenants, condominium units are owned outright. Additionally, the owners of the individual units also collectively own the common areas of the property, such as walkway, common utilities and amenities, such as the HVAC system and so on. Many shopping malls are industrial condominiums in which the individual retail and office spaces are owned by the businesses that occupy them, while the common areas of the mall are collectively owned by all the business entities that own the individual space. Biomimicry in architecture is the practice of examining nature from a variety of perspectives, its systems, processes, models or elements and emulating what happens there in order to solve a practical human problem,. The application of biomimicry will be used as the basis on the creation of La Palmera Vertis, it is very wide-ranging, and it's likely that many of us will have come across examples without even realizing it.
