The Philippines is subjected to different changes throughout the course of time, developments from different building structure, business districts, and other significant aspects that deal with the progress and development of the competitive nature of the business industry of the country as an investment destination for adjoining countries most especially in the growing countries. Moreover, the country is known for its hospitality when it comes to accommodating people particularly to business travelers, tourists, and important guests of the state. Hotel establishments provide better accommodation which boosts the tourism and growth of the economy. Most importantly, the hotels of today’s generation give the best quality of services and amenities that a hotel should offer. In the Philippines, nowadays, malls replace the traditional social center of the Philippine town. They have become the new downtowns. The list of goods and services available in the malls are always changing and growing. Before, there were only shoe-shops, retail stores, supermarkets, and bookstores, but now hardware centers, banks, and entertainment activities are present inside the mall. Also, different features are being adapted into these centers like movie theaters and an event center; this is because they want to attract more visitors and customers. These are the keys to a successful and rapid growth of malls. Filipinos are known to be a family- oriented people. Once a week, they usually hangout or spend time with their families outside, probably at the mall. They shop, eat, play games, and relax together. They often look for different adventures to try new things. These are what malls are for. It served as their sweet escapade from the stress, pressure, or tension where they normally live and work. Parañaque is an ethnically-integrated community composed of warm, friendly, hospitable, and devoted Filipinos. It is also a second home to various foreign nationals who have come to like and love the city and its constituents and who have realized the locality’s potentials for growth. A hotel is a building for the accommodation of strangers. It is a superior inn with very large and luxurious establishment with bedrooms, dining rooms, and other facilities, usually spelled without the circumflex accent. The proposed hotel and shopping mall will provide an environment that will assure relief, satisfaction, and relaxation to every user, and offer a great deal of urban space that entails socialization, family bonding, and leisure all in one. The proposed project will satisfy the demand for a shopping mall in the area where a lot of people are searching for a stress-free environment. After going to the mall, they can stay and seek accommodation at the hotel as part of their relaxation. It promises to be one of the main attractions in the said business district, combining it with a proposed 5-star hotel and a shopping mall which makes it more of striking to the local and foreign visitors in Parañaque. The purpose of this study is to build a 5-star hotel with a business process center and commercial mall in Parañaque City. This will accommodate an abundant number of visitors and consumers. It will provide different amenities as well as the largest mall in the area. It will also have a 5-star rate hotel. This will be known to the local and foreign visitors who can contribute to the economy of Parañaque which will eventually lead to the economic growth of the city.
