This research aimed to developand validates an information management system for Flora inventory of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation – Lucena City. Specifically, the study intended to (1) identify requirements that will serve as the basis for the design and development of the inventory management system, (2) design the system plan including the system functionalities, infrastructure, database design, etc. of the inventory management system based on the identified requirements utilizing initial phases of Rapid Application Development(RAD), (3) develop the inventory management system using web development tool such as PHP, Javascript, Cascading Style Sheet, MySQL as the database and Apache as the web server, and (4) validate its features through system testing.
