This study aimed to investigate the dominant teaching and learning style of biology students and teachers. The findings revealed that majority of the teacher-respondents used teacher- centered approach in teaching. However, the student-respondents preferred a structured-learning environment-learned best through lectures, demonstrations and visual displays. Student’s performance can be correlated to teacher’s teaching style.
