Based on the findings, the following summary are hereby formulated: (1) The two groups of respondents strongly agreed that the developed Journalism-Based Workbook in Teaching English are well-presented, contains relevant features, uses language and style suited to the needs of diverse learners, and is useful in acquiring and enhancing the learner’s knowledge; and (2) the profile of the Student-Respondents such as age and sex are proven not to be operant variables to determine the result on the evaluation of the workbook; however, if the evaluators are the Experts, their profile such as age, sex, educational attainment, academic rank, and years in teaching experience can be operant variables or can be used as determinants on the evaluation.
