The studies found out that the performance of the teachers were on the average level. Variables such as civil status, highest educational attainment and local seminars and trainings attended by the teachers are factors affecting the performance of teachers. Sex, types of family, religion, scholastic and LET rating, length of service, number preparations in teaching, national/local seminars attended do not affect the performance of teachers.
