This project deals with the study on the method for producing glycogen from green mussel (perna viridis) liquid stock comprising the different process of boiling, cooling, adding acetic acid solution, adding concentrated picric solution, removing a filtrate, adding ethanol, removing filtrate from liquid stock , washing and drying filtered glycogen.
