Findings revealed that the management of Daranak Falls area sustained its natural features and resources even if already became popular as one of the major natural tourist destination in the Municipality of Tanay. The number of flora exceeds from 31 species to a total of 138 morpho-species were enumerated belonging to 117 genera and 57 families, water quality of Daranak Falls in the swimming area using fecal coliform as parameter was beyond reference limit, and carrying capacity exceeded to the minimum number of allowed to stay at the area
