The study had utilized descriptive survey method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Researcher made survey instrument was used which underwent validation utilizing Cronbach’s Alpha with derived results of .914 and internal consistency interpreted as excellent. Furthermore, guide question had been also validated. Qualitative data have been established through interview and observations. Population size was used with 106 respondents coming from the barangays of San Jose, Manggahan, Geronimo, San Isidro, San Rafael, Burgos, Balite, Rosario, Puray, Macabud and Mascap.
