Widening streets and national roads will always be vital to support the continued growth of a city. The road upgrading requires information dissemination, local government participation, planning, and safety and maintenance. During its implementation, problems such as traffic congestion will inevitably arise and affect the residents, workers, travelers and community townsfolk, and business establishments, hence the need for rigorous planning and preparation.
