The study primarily aimed to assess the entrepreneurial skills of micro and small enterprise owners in Pililla, Rizal its relationship to their demographic profile, identify the needs and problems that they encountered in managing their small business which will serve as an input for a proposing an enhancement program to help assist the micro and small entrepreneurs. The study used descriptive survey utilizing a validated survey questionnaire administered to 242 registered micro and small entrepreneurs.
