The main objective of the study is to determine indicators of passing the
Psychometrician Board Examination. The study is anchored on the Functional Context
Theory (Sticht) that states that students learn best when instruction is based on prior
knowledge (Sticht, 1987). Participants of the study were the thirty (30) Psychometrician
board passers from 2014-2018. They are graduates of BS Psychology program in the
University of Rizal System, Morong, Rizal campus.
