The LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) Community has established its identity and acceptance in the past few years through the advocacy of Gender Equality. The study aims to identify the challenges experienced by the LGBTQ Pre- service teachers and how they manage their teaching experience. Face- to- face interview with document analysis of school profile and FGD with thirty participants identified LGBTQ, followed by thematic analysis of data, disclosed a phenomenology of challenges with behavioral response of pre- service teaching as executed by LGBTQ pre- service teachers.
