Smart phones can be used effectively in sending information to the community in order to become aware, ready and prepared before and during the natural disaster occurs. The system provides also an evacuation plan with a GIS map for the rescuers as guide them which the nearest and safest path for the evacuation center when needed in rescuing the family. The system has a back-end database about the different natural disasters attach to other cooperating agencies. The natural disasters or phenomena that includes in this study are floods, landslides, typhoons, earth quick and scaled storm surge.
