Human resource planning is one of the most important human resource practice in the organization. Organizations rely much on human resource planning to determine the current position and future needs of manpower. The purpose of this paper is to examine the human resource planning of commercial establishments by reviewing and analyzing the consolidated data profile of human workforce as to the demand and supply (labor market) and in support of policies and procedures as to the implementation in the first district of Rizal. This paper reviews the consolidated report and data provided by the Peso Provincial Office and other documents gathered through survey and interview to human resource personnel.
