The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the Work Integrated Learning Program of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management for three School Years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, and 2018-2019. In particular, the Practicum Supervisors assessed the Work integrated learning (OJT) program process, the level of quality of student-trainees in terms of skills and qualities and strengths and weaknesses when interacting with others; problems encountered by the students in the conduct of their internship, and the suggestions/recommendations of the Supervisors to further improve the performance of the student-trainees.
