Disclosed is the procedure of preparing breadfruit chips containing sugar, water, oil, flavoring and breadfruit. The said procedure comprising: cutting breadfruits into ½ inch thick and separately s1iced using the hand-operated slicer, preheating the oil and fry the sliced breadfruit, removing from pan and place into a clean cheesecloth, making for light syrup by adding with 1 ½ cups refined sugar, 4 cups of sugar and medium size of breadfruit, frying again for 5 minutes, removing fried breadfruit chips from pan, allowing to cool, packed and sealed in a sealer bags.
