Disclosed a method of producing malunggay (Moringa oleifera) pancake containing Moringa oleifera, flour, white sugar, oil and egg. Said process comprising: mixing the egg, sugar and flour in a bowl; chopping the fresh malunggay (Moringa oleifera) leaves then set aside on a separate mixing bowl; preparing for cooking and mixing the pancake mixture and malunggay leaves; waiting until the malunggay pancake is cooked into golden brown, then serve.
