Disclosed is the method of making mango fruit spread, comprising the steps of; peeling two (2) ripe mangoes; scraping the pulp from the peeled ripe mangoes; putting the mango pulp in the mixer; adding sugar and cream to the mixer; mixing mango pulp, sugar, and cream; heating the mixture of mango, sugar, and cream in medium flame until sugar dissolves completely and the mango pulp becomes thickens slightly, jammy and easily spreadable; and cooling the mixture at room temperature.
