Disclosed is a jockstrap a stretchable waistband having a protective cup for male genitalia. The jockstrap comprises a pair of straps having one end sewed to the protective cup and the other end sewed to the stretchable waistband. The protective cup is a layer of a plastic foil and a cotton fabric being sewed together with a bias tape on the edges adapted to prevent ravel.
