Disclosed a method of producing mussel (Macrocallista nimbosa) loaf containing Macrocallista nimbosa meat, soft bread crumbs, chopped green pepper, powdered black pepper, lemon lime juice, egg white, vegetable oil, onion, garlic and vanilla. Said process comprising: removing the Macrocallista nimbosa meat from the shell; draining said extracted Macrocallista nimbosa meat with the use of strainer; mixing Macrocallista nimbosa meat, bread crumbs, pepper, green pepper, garlic, onion and lemon juice in a bowl; beating eggs; spraying vegetable oil to the loaf pan; putting Macrocallista nimbosa mixture into loaf pan; baking said mixture at 350 ºF for 45 minutes, then insert knife to test if fully cooked.
