Disclosed is a method of producing "Talyan" (Alocasia macrorrhizos) Butter Cake containing talyan flour, white sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, baking powder, butter/margarine. Said process comprising the following: sifting all dry ingredients; talyan flour, sugar, baking powder; creaming the margarine while adding sugar gradually; adding eggs to the creamed margarine and sugar; stirring continuously the mixture in step c until it becomes creamy; then adding flour alternately with milk to the creamed mixture; then adding baking powder to the mixture, continue stirring until it becomes creamy; and putting the creamed mixture in a greased pan then bake for 30 minutes.
