The demand of water usage in Palompon is high. National Waterworks and Sewerage System (NAWASA) is the common source of water that supplies and distribute potable water to domestic area. This study aimed to develop a domestic water recovery device to benefit the people in residential areas especially to those less fortunate family to lessen their electrical consumption through the small scale of electricity being produced from the device. The study applied random testing, calculated the average volume flow rate, hydraulic power, turbine power, generated electricity, power of generator, and overall efficiency. The project is proven to be efficient in recovering the domestic water energy. The device can generate a certain amount of 6.4891W and 32.34% efficiency from the average hydraulic power of 25.0782 watts.
