Ergonomics and other technology to reduce risk or prevent accidents must be effectively used and managed fro and SUC to become competitive locally and in the region. The research evaluated the association of Occupational Safety, Health and Social Environment to the health condition of teachers of SUCs of the 4th District of Leyte as basis in the crafting Occupation Safety and Health Program for SUCs. Descriptive-quantitative-correlational methods was used in this study using survey questionnaires that were adminstered to 84 teachers across the three identified SUCs in the 4th District of Leyte.
