The main objective of the study is to evaluate the Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) program of the Local Government Unit (LGU) in Rizal. The researchers used the CIPP Model of Stufflebeam to evaluate the VAWC program. Qualitative narrative research design was used to gather data for the study. Interview was done to the six (6) LGU in Rizal. The questions used and the method of the study underwent review from the URS Ethics Review Board (ERB). Thematic analysis was used to interpret the collected data. One of the results of the findings revealed that despite available funds, VAWC programs require various support systems, including financial, legal, psychological, housing, protection, and awareness assistance. Process evaluation involves activities like training, campaigns, and counseling, implemented through Gender and Development (GAD) programs and monitored by the
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Other findings were presented in the paper.
