This research study aims to explore the key factors influencing the productivity of faculty researchers in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) that are members of the ViCARP network. The findings will offer valuable insights into strategies for enhancing individual research output and improving the overall research performance of SUC members within ViCARP. Furthermore, the results of this study will not only benefit the SUCs in the ViCARP consortium but also serve as a useful reference for other higher education institutions seeking to strengthen their research capabilities and better support their faculty in achieving academic excellence
