In this project, we introduce a new class of Frobenius-Tangent polynomials with parameters a and b, derived from
Hermite numbers and polynomials, Apostol-type functions, polylogarithmic, and polyexponential functions. We conducted a detailed investigation of the properties of these polynomials utilizing various analytical techniques. By employing generating functions for Hermite-based Apostol-Frobenius-Type Poly-Tangent polynomials of higher order with parameters a and b, we obtain both explicit and implicit summation formulas, derivative and integral formulas, and their relation to other special numbers and polynomials.
