This project aims to develop options to the lower the cost on the mass propagation of in vitro-derived high yielding and recommended abaca varieties. The project hopes to reduce the cost of in-vitro abaca plantlets by formulating low cost procedures, techniques from initiation, multiplication, rooting and hardening of tissue cultured abaca planting materials in the nursery
