This project aims to a) produce bioenergy from agricultural wastes and utilize its by-products as organic fertilizer and pesticides; b) generate biofuel from selected feedstock such as seaweeds, aquatic weeds, algae, cellulosic materials, as appropriate, and develop its protocol for continuous production; and c) optimize the production of biodiesel from used vegetable oils and other potential sources for agri-industrial applications.
