This study explores the dynamics of school-stakeholder relationships, focusing on governance and
leadership, resource allocation, collaboration, technological integration, accountability, and workplace
communication. The findings indicate that effective leadership and structured governance play a crucial
role in sustaining stakeholder engagement, while resource limitations often hinder school initiatives.
Innovative collaboration strategies, such as skill-based training programs and digital platforms, enhance
engagement but are constrained by technological accessibility and digital literacy gaps. Additionally,
accountability and commitment issues arise due to unclear roles and inconsistent participation among
stakeholders. The study recommends strengthening governance structures, securing alternative funding
sources, leveraging technology for communication, and implementing systematic monitoring mechanisms
to improve stakeholder relationships. By addressing these challenges, schools can foster more sustainable
and impactful partnerships that contribute to educational development and community growth.
