This study explores the impact of conflict management practices on faculty and employee productivity at
Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT). Using qualitative data, the study examines how existing conflict
resolution mechanisms influence workplace relationships, job performance, and institutional efficiency.
Findings indicate that effective conflict management strategies, such as transparent mediation and open
communication, contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, enhancing productivity.
However, challenges such as delayed conflict resolution, favoritism, and lack of policy consistency
negatively affect employee morale and job performance. The study recommends the implementation of a
formal conflict resolution policy, increased transparency, and proactive conflict prevention strategies to
foster a more productive and harmonious institutional environment.
