This paper investigated the use of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite for Education) as a tool for
enhancing teaching and learning in educational settings. It examined how various tools within Google
Workspace, such as Google Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Mail, Drive, Earth, and Forms, facilitate
collaborative learning, boost productivity, and improve communication between students and teachers.
Employing a descriptive correlational research design, the study combines quantitative data with
qualitative insights gathered through interviews. The research focuses on the extent of Google Workspace
usage, teachers' perceptions of its usefulness and ease of use, as well as the challenges faced by educators
in region 8, Philippines, when implementing these tools in modern educational environments. The findings
indicate that Google Classroom and Google Meet are the most frequently used applications, with
respondents expressing strong agreement regarding the positive impact of Google Workspace on teaching
and learning. However, the challenges encountered were unstable internet connection, and lack of
knowledge and skills in integrating Google Workspace in their teaching and learning. Based on these
results, the paper recommends to developed a users' guide for Google Workspace utilization for the
respondents to facilitate their educational experiences.
