The main purpose of the study is to design an acceptable innovation of a Dynamo-Powered LED Lights/Ventilation System at the Visayas State University-Isabel Campus, Leyte, during the academic year 2017-2018. A qualitative type of evaluation was used in the study to determine the acceptability of the innovative lighting device on the basis of design, performance, and safety. The average mean was employed as a statistical tool for the treatment of data. The Innovative lighting device was evaluated by ten (10) electricians, ten (10) faculty and staff, and twenty (20) electrical students. On the evaluation results, the data revealed a high acceptability rating of the device in all three areas of concern: design, performance, and safety. Based on the results of the evaluation, the innovative Dynamo-Powered LED Lights/Ventilation System was very acceptable. After careful observation and analysis of the data, the researcher came up with ideas to develop a Dynamo-Powered LED Lights / Ventilation System for adoption as a secondary lighting system device at Visayas State University, Isabel Campus, Isabel, Leyte.
