The development of the STS module provides logical ideas and encouragement to the learners and the society is the receiver of the assistance of science and technology. This study determined the effectiveness of the module in learning. Module validation and utilization used the quantitative research method was based on the SWOT analysis results which shows the effectiveness of the module as perceived by content experts (teachers), technical experts (Information technology professionals) and end users (students). Based on the test results, the students have High Average performance on STS before and after the use of the module and the
entry and exit test performance were significant. It means that there is a significant difference between the scores of entry and exit performances of the students after using the module in STS. Therefore, a well- developed and validated module has an encouraging effect on the students’ performance in STS course. After using the STS module, the data revealed its potential effectiveness. The students further revealed the importance of the STS in science education. Appropriate module instructions are needed for the students to be independent learners. The utilization of the module helped students to perform better and learn the STS concepts.
