The goal of this study was to look into the Higher Education Institution (HEI) faculty and student’s resilience and adversities amidst COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive correlational research design was employed in this study, with data drawn from the faculty and students of the college of graduate studies. Results revealed that the faculty respondents have a normal level of resilience while the students have low resilience in facing adversities. Furthermore, there was no significant relationship between gender, age, marital status with the resilience level of the faculty. However, there is a negative correlation with gender and marital status to the level of students’ resilience during the pandemic.
