The used plastic cups from milk tea have been gradually increasing because of the booming milk tea business in the country. With this, the researchers innovated a tote bag made from used milk tea cups in order to help lessen the problem on plastic wastes in the community. The main purpose of this study was to determine the level of acceptability of tote bag made from used milk tea cups in terms of appearance, durability, and usability. This study employed the experimental research design and utilized the modified sensory evaluation scoring sheet in gathering the data adopting the 3-point hedonic scale. There were fifty research respondents composed of garments instructors and students from College of Teacher Education - Technology Teacher Education Department, College of Technology & Engineering, and also other consumers within the Palompon Institute of Technology - main campus. Weighted mean and standard deviation were utilized as the statistical tools. The findings of this study showed that the acceptability of tote made from used milk tea cups was very acceptable in terms of appearance, durability, and usability. These results show that this eco-friendly tote bag drew a significant interest among the consumers as well as it may be able to mitigate the number of waste products in the community. Students, teachers, and other consumers are encouraged to turn seemingly trash things into a usable bag. This tote bag made from used milk tea cups can be produced for commercial purposes and be a possible additional source of income.
